Custom dental crowns in Bradford

When a tooth is too damaged or weakened to support a filling, a dental crown offers the most reliable way to save it. We create tooth-coloured crowns matched precisely to your natural shade using digital scanning technology, and we design and fit them on the same day using our advanced CEREC system.

What is a dental crown?

A dental crown is a tooth-shaped cap that fits over the entire visible portion of a damaged, weakened, or heavily filled tooth. Some patients call it a tooth cap. It restores your tooth's original shape, size, and strength while blending seamlessly with your surrounding teeth. With proper care and regular check-ups, a crown lasts many years. Unlike a filling, which repairs only part of a tooth, a crown covers and protects the whole structure.

How much does a dental crown cost?

A dental crown is an investment in your smile's long-term strength and health. Every case is different, so your price depends on factors like the material you choose and the complexity of your tooth. Sometimes a crown forms part of a wider treatment plan, such as protecting a tooth after root canal treatment, which can affect your final quote.

We'll walk you through clear, detailed pricing at your consultation, and our pricing page gives you a general guide in the meantime. We also offer 0% finance, so you can spread the cost over manageable monthly payments.

Your same-day journey to a stronger, healthier tooth

Your initial assessment

During your consultation, your dentist examines the tooth and discusses the most suitable crown material for your needs. You receive a clear treatment plan with no obligation to proceed.

Digital scan and design

We prepare and shape your tooth to receive the crown, then take a digital scan using our CEREC system. Our software designs your crown to match your bite and the shade of your surrounding teeth.

Milling and fitting, same day

We mill your custom ceramic crown on-site while you wait, check it for fit and bite alignment, and bond it securely in place, all in the same appointment.

When might you need a dental crown?

You may need a crown if you have a tooth that's cracked, broken, heavily filled, or weakened by decay. We also place crowns after root canal treatment to protect the tooth from further damage.

Often, your dentist identifies the need for a crown during a routine check-up before symptoms develop, which is why attending regular examinations matters so much.
